The Best Teacher

If experience is "the best teacher", then wisdom is the highest grade one can earn from life's lessons.

Seek wisdom at all cost. -Proverbs 4:1-27

Double Edged Sword

Patience and Procrastination.

While often confused, the difference between patience and procrastination is wisdom.  They are both double edge swords, but only one has the ability to "cut" time in the most experienced and distinguishing hands.  The wisest of warriors can often differentiate between the two.  Can you?

Make Time?

"Make Time?"  You've heard and have probably used the expression, "I have to make time..."

The thing is, while time is infinite, our time is finite. Therefore, we cannot "make time;" we can only "take time."  We can merely take time from one activity to give to another. In doing so, we define our priorities, whether we intend to or not.  That goes for friends and family as well.

Maybe if we change the way we think about time, we wouldn't continually face disappointment when we never seem to have enough.

"Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom." Psalm 90:12
